Your answers and data
Grebit uses these discovery routes to prepare a proposal for your organisation and research the processes, applications and needs that businesses share. The Studio includes accounting and general process automation, in Dutch and English.
Internal submission notification
After you submit your answers with consent, Grebit receives an internal notification through Resend containing your organisation, selected process, priorities and any contact details you chose to share. No notification is sent while you are still filling in the form. A sent notification may remain in Grebit’s mailbox and the email service delivery records.
What is stored?
Your organisation details, selected route and language, answers, the resulting proposal, consent and any campaign codes in the link. Your contact name and email are stored if you request an emailed proposal, express interest in a pilot or ask for a discussion. For requested emails we also store the content, indicative pricing, pricing version and delivery status. Do not include personal data about your clients or staff.
You choose when to share
You can view the proposal before submitting anything. Grebit receives your submission only when you send your request or answers with consent. While you fill in the form, a temporary draft is stored in this browser tab. The Studio does not use advertising pixels or marketing cookies.
Organisation information
In the English routes you enter organisation details yourself. No company register is queried. The Dutch accounting route offers a KVK search; using it sends your search term to the Dutch register, and you select and confirm the result. Applications, bottlenecks and requirements are not inferred from an organisation name.
Access and use
Grebit can view submissions in a restricted research dashboard. The Studio and its storage are hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. Pilot interest is nonbinding. Grebit contacts you personally about a proposal or pilot only if you request this. Requesting an emailed proposal permits that requested email, not further sales emails. No newsletter subscription is created.
Your proposal by email
When you request an emailed proposal and the feature is available, Grebit uses Resend to send it. Resend processes your email address, the proposal content and technical delivery data. Pricing is indicative; final scope and price are agreed together. Replies go to the reply address shown in the email.
Retention, corrections and deletion
Submissions remain in active research for 180 days. Expired submissions and associated email tasks are removed during the next submission or administration action. A sent email may also remain in your inbox and the email service delivery records. To withdraw consent, correct your answers or request deletion earlier, email danny@grebit.ae with your organisation and reference, if available.
Booking a call
The booking link opens Calendly. Calendly processes the information you enter according to its own privacy information. Your Studio answers are not sent to Calendly automatically.
Abuse prevention
The server limits request volume. A temporary derivative of an IP address may be used for this; your IP address is not stored in the submission. Proposal requests are also limited per recipient using a temporary derivative of the address. Temporary counters are cleaned up during subsequent requests.
